MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Tiana, founder of Bluebird Wellness. I’m a creative at heart and feel most like myself when I’m surrounded by music, movement, and meaningful connection. I love singing, acting, designing digital media, writing, and exploring creative outlets—along with good espresso, ice cream, and laughing with friends.

I became a REFIT instructor in 2016 and a REV+FLOW instructor in 2020, and teaching these formats has been a meaningful part of my own wellness journey—especially in seasons when life felt heavy or uncertain. Over time, my perspective has shifted from focusing solely on fitness toward a more whole-body approach to care—one that honors both effort and rest, and recognizes that consistency looks different in different seasons of life.

Today, Bluebird Wellness reflects my current philosophy: loving your body well. That has nothing to do with appearance, and everything to do with how you care for your body and how you speak to yourself along the way. Through movement classes and wellness support coaching, my goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and realistic—where people feel encouraged rather than pressured, and cared for rather than corrected. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to continue building this community together.
